An Online Fatigue Damage Evaluation Method for Gas Turbine Hot Components

The failure of gas turbines’ hot components due to fatigue significantly affects their efficient and stable operation. Conducting online damage assessment subjected complex cyclic loads based on the working conditions turbines can provide real-time reflection component achieve purpose predictive maintenance. In this study, we propose an cycle counting method that considers temperature fluctuations during process. Our is four-point rainflow by coupling variable with time, introducing concept duration time for full cycles half cycles, incorporating a characteristic better represents information With reference temperature, our proposed comprehensively form parameters subsequent life models. This paper provides detailed explanation applies it turbine vanes in micro turbine, thereby verifying its accuracy applicability.
